It starts as soon as that customer begins seeking your services.  How quick do you get back to him/her?  Setting aside a 24 hour policy will ensure their trust in you and keep them coming back.


One of the facts below that was quite staggering to me was that unhappy customers are twice as likely to share their bad experiences with you than their good experiences.  This means that you need to be on top of your A game at all times.  Since referrals are going to be your #1 way get new clients, you will want to make sure that you are leaving a good impression.
