Do You Have Your Clients Sign a Contract?

Several people have asked me over the years if I have my clients sign a contract before working with me and the answer may surprise you.  NO!!!!!

I want people to feel that have the ability to utilize my services or not and not be tied to a contract.  Contracts are self defeating when it comes to building a relationship with my client.  I feel it says, I don’t trust my services that I am going to give you, so I am going to lock you in.  The truth is people may not have totally bought into you and your services even if they have paid for the first month.

So the second question I get asked is, “Then how do you get commitment from them?” Well, I get it from the automatic payment process.  I have my clients go to my account-1778_640website, click on the drop down menu, and they enter their payment information.  This is all the commitment that I need.  I now have their credit card, and they are free to come and go as they please.  It really is a win-win situation.  I get paid on time, they don’t have to worry about whether they have paid me or not, and I have their commitment.

This is one of those Ninja tricks that I have learned over time.  If you find this useful for your business, then sign up for the 10 free video tips for starting your own online tutoring business on the right.  I want to help you have the success that I have learned the hard way, in  a much more simple manner.
